went to see Million Dollar Baby this afternoon. The 3 leads (Clint Eastwood, Morgan Freeman and Hilary Swank) are so strong. I fucking hate boxing as a sport, but this film is fantastic . Hilary Swank should give herself a break and do a romantic comedy or something though. As i left the film i was all inside my head thinking about it, and then this italian or something
guy came up beside me and asked me about what had just happened right at the end (I wont spoil it or anything dont worry) he was so confused. Which was odd cos i have no idea how he didnt understand but i explained to him so im a good person.

Still hate boxing.

it doesnt count as my resolution fulfilled though, cos ive made it about a million times before. but for anyone (kk?) wanting to make a risotto, this is the best basic recipes. i think cherry tomatoes are an absolute must though, chopped in 2 and added a few minutes from the end. Other good additions are peppers, small bits of brocolli and baby asparagus.

Fly was drinking in the Met Bar on thursday night with Slash. how cool is that? Not cool apparantly, she said he thought she was a lesbian because she has her tongue pierced. how stupid is he? Can't believe i dressed up as him for halloween in 1994. Fly's in london with work / sinead. I'd love to be there with them, but i'd have to settle with London, Ontario i reckon.

I remember very clearly mum & dad had bought a new kettle that week, and i made the hat from the cardboard box (and black paint and tinfoil). it was a fab outfit. I wonder does sinead have any photos. they'd be worth a look.
