No epics today. I feel like poo. I woke up with a manky sore throat (the swollen glands kind) which has gotten worse all day. I had 9 servings of fruit and veg yesterday, i just counted there. I've been taking echinecea and vitamin c for months now...this is not fair.
I actually have plans for the next 4 days - job thing, weezer (wargh!), baseball & the islands...don't want to be sick. Now excuse me while I bite my tongue off due to the numbness caused by the yuck strepsily things.
