You know the unpleasant yellow guy in Sin City? Well I seem to have cast exactly that shade on them in these photos, which is unfortunate. But if you haven't seen Sin City, you may just think it's a reflection of their bright & sunny personalities. That is nicer. We were having dinner on a patio in Little Italy. We were left alone for ages not rushing anywhere, people watching, chillin out... It was a school night for me, but I felt like I was a million miles away on my holidays. And our waiter was the spit of Jason from Corrie.

Quick! Drink more water, I think it's fading.

Luckily no permanent skin discolouration was caused.

They're gone now, off to Calgary/Banff/Rockies/Vancouver but there's more photos to come. And I will say here for the record that they did equal amounts of shopping and none of them were any worse than the other.

i JUST realized who Irene reminded me of - a girl i used to work with here. spiting image. cool. her last name wouldn't be "Doyle" by any chance, would it...?

no, its irene daly though. sorry, irene michelle. i just found out after knowing her 20 years that her full first name is irene michelle and not just irene. Her first teacher Mrs. Doyle (also my teacher) just didn't bother with the michelle and lo 'just irene' was born.

ahhh, so there IS a Doyle in her past. i KNEW it.

Watson, fetch my pipe. there are dastardly games afoot.

I have to butt in here to say that I knew her name was Irene Michelle because when you were 4, that was what you called her. I think I probably tried to explain about 2nd names but no, you insisted her first name was Irene Michelle... So you were right...

ha! thats really weird being told about yourself when you were 4 and i have no recollection. did the Mercy do brainwashing on us? Though, you were 12 then so you'd still have been there...

and as I frequently tell Mark, i'm alway right
