I have the monopoly on the shite jobs on this trip. First Dexit and now this! The agency said it would involve lots of cutting and pasting, and it does, but not in MS Word as they had said. I'm actually using a scissors and a prit stick. It's like being in senoir infants again but without those rubbish scissors with the round top. I'm expecting to hear about a Flash job this week and it can't come soon enough.
Of the drink for 6 weeks as of today. I reckon the more people I tell the more likely I am to keep it up, so hear this internet, no more ale for 3 score days!
I think I'm finally sick of Clare Danes and co. Channel 51 shows My So-Called Life at 11.00pm weeknights, when they've shown all 16 episodes they start again. I used to love that program.
Current listening: Soundgarden, The Arcade Fire, the noises I make.
Current reading: The Toronto Star. (We've been having it delivered)
Current watching: My bank balance.
Am I really bad at writing these things because nobody ever comments on what I write...

Well it's a big year for lent this year. For 1st time in years I decided to cut out the biscuits and chocolate because I've been pigging for last while with excuse that Ella needed it!! Made a pact with Ma. But then I ate loads of "hint of lime" Dorritos this evening so the biscuits might have been better. Good luck with the alcohol deprivation!
Well, I'm going more for the "doing" than "abstainging" this lent. Given that I have no chance of depriving myself of the good things in life, I've decided to go to the gym more frequently - I aim to get there 4 times a week. Well, am planning to cut down on alcohol a bit, but not really drinking much at the moment, so that doesn't count. Also, for my soul, I'm planning to go to mass for lent (although I'm not sure I can do palm sunday as normal mass at my local church lasts 1 hour !!)
