one saturday, mark and jill discovered their friends flight had been cancelled. But they had a car booked, so they decided to pick it up. In toronto you can rent used cars, but there appears to be no such thing as an NCT. Pimp me bleedin' ride heh.
I was only delighted to have a car for a couple of days though So off we went down College street
Once Mark figured out how to seperate his knees from the steering wheel
we parked the car, and walked down lippincott street
"Theres a voice keeps on calling me, down the road thats where i'll always be, every stop I make, I make a new friend can't stay for long just turn around I'm gone again."
This woman thinks he's lowering the tone of the neighbourhood with his littlest hobo ways though It looks like a nice day, but theres hidden dangers everywhere
anyway we eventually got here for lunch its a groovy rundownish really chilled out all decorated in 50's stuff place with fab food
This was my lunch:
This was Marks: Yum eh? Over lunch Mark was pondering Large Mounds latest offer of synergy marketing. its so hard staying indie these days.
We saw Joey on our travels. She's seems to be some kind of cat-godess and has been immortalised on a pole in Kensington Market
So off we went to (Bob) Loblaws, to stock up for our savage eating habits, and so cliodhna won't go hungry when she finally gets here. This is chinatown, nearly home, but for the WOGEOUS traffic Luckily I sang along to Bon Jovi on t'radio really loudly so mark wouldnt get bored.
and we're almost home, our apartment buildings are in the backround on the left there. Mr Henry Moore was kind enough to plant a bit of culture just around the corner This was our biggest accomplishment today
but i had to stay in the lobby and mind it all while mark parked the ve-Hic-el.
Oh look what we bought. All we need now are eggs. And dudley, seeing as he owns it.
That wasnt a great story. But we're going skiing tomorrow, so you can look forward to a full & frank account of that.

great story - I think the pictures make it. I'm just glad to have anything to read. Its a lovely sunday afternoon and I'm meant to be doing a couple of hours work (while Jamie goes to practise his 'putting'), but instead I'm eating ice-cream & ice magic and reading your blog. Okay, enough - off to do that damn work.
Is ice magic the chocolate stuff that you pour on ice-cream and it goes hard? I haven't heard of that in years. Yum. Must check the shelves in Tesco next time.
Must try a photo story myself now on Ella's blog - if only Paul hadn't kept leaving the camera in the car over the weekend...
I thoroughly enjoyed the photo story I have to say.
Lisa, I like your idea of a babyblog very much, can we see?
