well Katherine, baseball is about guys running around, throwing balls and swinging bats. and Jill and Mark have apparently brought some sort of bad irish voodoo to Toronto's team, the Blue Jays. if this news gets out, they'll be drawn and quartered at Yonge and Dundas Square....so shhhhhhhhh!
we went to a Chicago White Sox game in Chicago aswell, where they won, so Kris our windy city companion was happy, but it just proved to me that we're bad news for the jays.
Afterwards Kris brought us to Rico Bene's for food, and then was happy again. Oh just the thought of the messiest sangwitch in the world, takes me back it does...

they're all the blue jays games we've been to.

Have you, by any chance being watching the Lions tour of NZ on tv? If so, that might explain their dismal performances !

and no we haven't seen the lions...they don't have much time for rugby on canadian tv.
