Ok, it was a Sunday, but jesus this place was tough. We arrived with hours to kill so we could have a look around. Mistake. Aside from the great record shop beside the venue this town had nothing to offer 3 bored boys. We attemped to go to the cinema too but there was nowt on. By far the best thing about this town is the fact that it has a street called Gaylord Ave.

Gig was similarly badly attended. It ws our labelmates, the Jim Yoshi Pile up's last date of there tour so they were in good form , looking forward to seeing girlfriends etc. We played ok, the onstage sound was ropey though and I have to stop playing so hard, my right hand is in bits. Dispite a sore throat, Dudley is singing really well too. Anyway, we made enough to get a hotel room and I slept better then anytime since leaving Toronto. must go pack. Albuquerque, NM tonight.
